Our third phase of consultation is getting underway

Far East Consortium (FEC) and Manchester City Council are continuing the journey towards transforming Red Bank, creating a thriving new community.

In our last two stages of consultation, we outlined our vision for a sustainable new neighbourhood of up to 5,500 new homes supported by community facilities, with great access to new and improved public green space.

Having listened to your feedback, we’re now ready to share an update on how the neighbourhood plans are progressing, including progress on infrastructure works and FEC’s early proposals for the first stage of detailed development.

From Tuesday 6 December, you’ll find information about our updated proposals and details of how to respond on the Consultation page of this website. This next phase of consultation will be open until Tuesday 3 January 2023.
